With our new predefined filters, the number of formulas required is significantly reduced. While formulas can be daunting, it's crucial to discuss your use case first to gauge how many formulas are genuinely needed for your assessments.
2	Pointerpro template assessments are short (generally under 20 questions), and the response user interface is designed for short, simple assessment needs.	We offer templates for 360 assessments, Cybersecurity assessments, and compliance assessments. These are not simple assessments; they demonstrate the versatility of our platform and how complex needs can be met with Pointerpro.
3	Iterations can be fully automated, so the system sends welcome and reminder emails and the appropriate report on completion, including the current and previous iterations. We believe their customer churn rate is 20%. You can’t get an honest price or a trial without booking a demo and letting their sales reps ‘work their magic’.	Most of our customers require a standard subscription package due to their needs, but we do offer discounted options for startups. We don’t offer trials for the ReportR package because we want to guide you with a product expert to ensure your use case is fulfilled efficiently.
10	Pointerpro’s marketing touts “from” pricing that is less than one percent of what it actually costs. They only disclose how much you’re paying after a meeting and have multiple add-ons for white labeling, onboarding, additional administrators, their partner portal (DistributR) functionality, and their “premium” non-chat-based support.	Certain features and services mentioned are included in the ReportR and DistributR packages, with transparent pricing disclosed after initial meetings.
